I tried this product to Jump Start my diet. It was way more then I expected it totally curbed my appetite. I mixed it with sparkling water much better taste! I lost 4 lbs in 3 days

Great for someone new to cleanses

I never thought I could do a cleanse but this one got me thru it. The taste is very intense which makes you sip it as recommended throughout the day. The extra supplement drink that are included really help get you through this. I read a blog post on when to start a cleanse and it really helped. My energy level dropped but so did my weight – 4 pounds. When I went back to eating I stuck with light meals for the first 2 days and had no negative side-effects. I felt absolutely fantastic after this.

My friend walked into the room and she looked very thin. I asked her what was going on and she told me about this product. Have ordered for myself – certainly worked for her, she said it tastes pretty awful though…. maybe she is not a lemon person!!!
