The Retinol Moisturizr with Vitamin C by InstaNatural is wonderful stuff! I love vitamin C and use it daily, but I also use Retinol and it gets a bit much to buy seperate. However, this product allows you to have both of the two greatest ingredients for smooth, firm, and youthful skin with Retinol Moisturizer with Vitamin C.

Not only does it provide those two ingredients, but also a few more which benefit healthy skin long term and day after day.I love Jojoba Oil as well and find it hard to buy in any store, plus a bit expensive. This product sure sounded amazing to me!!. And….

The company backs their product with a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee and this is made in the U.S.A. It’s even manufactured in an FDA registered facility. There was nothing to lose. Right!! A few days later… I even got an email from the company it self guaranteeing there products.

Once I received this item, and believe me its a decent sized container, 3.4 fl. oz. It took a few pumps to get the product out, but once the moisturizer started coming out, it was very thick and creamy. I had washed my face prior to the application, so my skin was nice and clean. I applied this product. A little bit of this product does go a very long way. With it being a pump container, there is no way to get the unused product back in, so it would be wasted. It rubbed into my skin very nicely and absorbed very quickly. Once it absorbed, I wasn’t left with a greasy feeling like with most of these creams I have tried. It has a light scent that I am assuming is from the ingredients. I have used the Retinol for a week now. I’ve noticed my skin looking healthier, although I have had few breakouts and normally I don’t have to deal with breakouts. I’m hoping it due to using the retinol clearing my pores and will clear up quickly.

Smoother and Tighter Skin!!!

Retinol is a great weapon in fighting the aging process. So with this in mind, I jumped at the chance when I was given InstaNaure’s Retinol Moisturizer with Vitamin C in exchange for my 100% honest opinion of how it worked for me.

I struggle with fine lines and the beginning’s of actual wrinkles as well as pre-mature aging. I have uneven skin tone along with sun damage in the form of spots randomly scattered throughout my face. To top off the list, at my age, I am still getting the ever so popular monthly zit which appears randomly when and were it wants to but never in the same spot twice!

I’ve been using InstaNature Retinol Moisturizer for weeks now and see definite improvements in the appearance of all the things I dislike about my skin. After I cleanse my face in the morning I apply Instanature’s Moisturizer after I use my toner. There is no scent to the lotion, and the cream feels wonderful on my skin. The only con I have with this product is with the packaging, which I think could be prettier, but it’s not what’s on the outside that counts, it’s what’s on the inside that does.

The M400 is the best of both worlds – affordability & functionality. It has a lot of the more advanced training features that Polar watches are known for too despite costing significantly less than than the V800 or RS800.

I have a V800 and got an M400 for my girlfriend and I really like it. It’s a lot lighter than the V800 (rubber/plastic body vs. steel), gives lots of little rewarding messages + keeps track of PRs (most calories burned, farthest run, etc) all on the watch. It also uploads wirelessly to your phone like the V800.

It has everything you need and nothing you don’t.

I’m not sure how to review the Polar m400. The use of the watch is seemingly straight forward. The daily goal is a bit odd, it’s seemingly based off a question & hours. As an athlete I thought one goal is to beat your time. So I don’t have a firm understanding of the goal.

The watch won’t tell you when it’s fully charged. I typically use the usb cable to charge the watch. There was something about relying on the pc software to tell you it was 100% charged.

I’ve never seen the app track sleep. The android Flow app does have a box for sleep. Though I’ve never seen it filled in.

As for the H7 heart rate strap. I’ve seen it drop out and give me an alarming high pulse rate. Though is only happened for a brief time while logging my work out.

Over all the Polar m400 does work as intended. There are just a few issues that should not be. I’m hoping the app becomes more user friendly. In regards to the ease of reading back logs.

Consistent & Reliable

I was excited to get this scale. It’s my first scale that does more than tell you how much you weigh. I don’t really have a way to tell how accurate the weight reading is. But I do know that it’s consistent. I’ve tried all sorts of different tests: Weighing myself multiple times, recalibrating the scale each time, weighing myself with shoes, then without shoes, then weighing the shoes to see if me + shoes = me wearing shoes, etc. etc. The numbers always seem to come out the way they should.

The same goes for the other readings – I have no way of knowing how accurate they are. But across a few days, resting metabolism varies by no more than 10-15 calories, skeletal muscle and body fat stay within 1%, visceral fat is always the same number, and BMI only varies slightly with day-to-day weight changes.

It’s been a little under three weeks so far with the scale, so I haven’t really had it long enough to see a significant trend forming based on my recent exercise regimen. But being able to see all of those values really keeps your behavior in check. Every time you see one of the values change for the better, it helps to renew your resolve. I’ve got a lot of room to improve, and I think this scale is really going to help me maintain my focus.

In my opinion, it’s worth more than what I paid for it. I only wish (manufacturers, take note!) that there was more you could do with the memory function. It keeps 90 days worth of data for each user profile, but you can only view today, yesterday, last week, last month, and 90 days ago. I’d like to see a little USB port in there where you could put a memory stick and it would download a CSV or other delimited text file containing your history. It would be a simple matter to import the file into a spreadsheet application to view charts and graphs of your progress.

Great product saved my life

When I purchased this body monitor I thought it was a bathroom scale. It quickly taught me otherwise. It told me that my body was 8 years older than the calendar indicated! Further it convinced me that I was not fat! No I was Obese! and to add insult to that it informed me that I had less muscle than fat!

With that information I went on a portion control diet of 1600 calories a day and lost 50 pounds in the following 6 months.

I still use this monitor regularly as I try to build muscle and gain stamina. I am now old 4 years older than I should be. Today I weighted myself and first notices that I had gained 1.5 pounds, but wait it further told me that I had lost more fat and all of the gain was muscle!

If you want to enjoy the years you have left you need this tool and you need to learn how to interpret it’s readings!

Omron Full Body Sensor Body Fat and Body Composition Monitor

This is a terrific scale. It works by using the bioelectrical impedance method which is as accurate as similar medical grade products. Basically it just sends a weak electrical signal through your body to determine the amount of water in each tissue. Tissues such as muscles, blood and bone have a high water content but fat has a low water content so the scale can “see” the amount and give an accurate reading. It measures BMI, % of fat, visceral fat which is the fat that surrounds your internal organs and is, in my opinion, the best measurement this scale takes. It also measures resting metabolism rate giving you the amount of calories you need just to sustain everyday functions. The more you exercise the more calories you need, so when you see that value go up it’s telling you that you are doing a good job exercising. This number fluctuates morning to night. It also measures the skeletal muscle which is the muscle that we can see and feel. As that number increases you can see that your exercising program is working. This measurement is closely related to your resting metabolism rate ie as that increases so does your RMR. Oh yeah it also measures your body age which is, duh, the age of your body not your real age. That is fun to see how young your body is. I am 62 and my body age is 48 – 51. Yea!.

You need to measure the same time every day to keep an accurate record. It will store 4 permanent records but bunches of people can use it as a “guest” and find out how good or bad they are doing. I plan to take it to my gym to see if anyone is interested in finding out. Just read something I didn’t know. It can also measure by using your hands on the plates on the scale. This comes in handy if for some reason, you have lower extremity edema or an increase in water content in your legs. Will try that way tomorrow.

I researched a bunch of scales but this one came out on top. I read somewhere that the Omron tested the best when compared to medical grade equipment which tells me that it is the most accurate.

For a unit like this I expected to pay well over $100. I was pleasantly surprised at the

$79 price tag. If you can afford it this is the monitor to buy. You can keep track of your weight loss and how well you are exercising and because of the method Omron uses you your values are really accurate.

Excellent, easy to use blood pressure monitor

I was very excited to be able to review this product as I have high blood pressure and have searched for years for an easy to use, accurate monitor. Years ago, the best I could find in the marketplace were upper arm, clunky automatic blood pressure monitors that were difficult to use and produced wild, varying results. The Omron Bp652 is an incredible leap forward for accurate and precise home monitoring of one’s blood pressure via a wrist monitor. I of course need to state at the beginning of this review that if you have hypertension, you need to be under a doctor’s care and this product does not replace a physician’s care, however, it is a wonderful tool for monitoring at home how well your meds are , or are not, keeping your blood pressure under control.

To test the accuracy of this monitor, I took it with me to my doctor’s office. My physician measured my bp as 120/81. Minutes later, I used the Omron which gave a measurement of 121/83. That is remarkably close to my physicians bp measurement. Now, I wanted to take a look at how precise the Omron was, i.e. were several measurements taken back to back close? Yes they were! Three back to back measurements by the Omron that night were 116/79, 118/81 and 118/82. Those measurements indicate a high degree of precision. So, in my limited testing that day, the Omron appeared to be exceptionally accurate and precise. I was very impressed.

I think the reason for the Omron’s excellent measurements is in large part due to the superb instructions enclosed with the monitor in conjunction with excellent technology built into the monitor itself. Very good drawings and descriptions are given of how and where to correctly position the monitor on the wrist. Then there is the wonderful Heart Sense technology the Omron employs. For best results, the wrist should be at heart level, or in the “Heart Zone”. To guide the user to this Zone, the monitor uses a system of orange and blue lights. If the light is orange, you are outside of the Zone and/or are not wearing the monitor correctly and will get an erroneous reading. If the monitor is being worn correctly and the wrist (with monitor) are placed within the Heart Zone, a blue light will come on and the cuff will begin inflating. At the very beginning of using this monitor I had a little bit of trouble finding the right position to wear the cuff on my wrist and I also had problems finding my Heart Zone. But the orange/blue light system led me very quickly to the correct way to wear the monitor and then position my wrist relative to my heart. It was a really interesting experience. When the Omron indicated (by the orange light) that everything was not optimal, I did not receive good readings. But when I got it right and the blue light popped on, the results were stunningly accurate and precise as evidenced by the data I gave earlier. It’s really a very easy process, dummy proof (I can be one so I should know!) and very fast.

I really like this bp monitor and would highly recommend it to anyone with blood pressure issues. High omron blood pressure is an insidious but serious illness capable of killing over time, and it needs to be monitored. The Omron Bp652 is a wonderful home partner for the control of hypertension. And it also needs to be noted that the Omron will pick up an irregular heart beat and report that to the user- very valuable. Even if the pulse is regular, having the pulse rate measured is very convenient as I also suffer from tachycardia (an abnormally fast heart rate) so I can do various activities at home and give my doctor feedback on my heart rate.

Excellent blood pressure monitor

As someone with borderline hypertension, occasionally measuring my blood pressure is important. I have been using the Microlife 3AX1-4U Premium Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor for several years. It is reasonably accurate and easier to use compared with a manual blood pressure cuff.

The Omron blood pressure monitor is a similar design to the Microlife. They are both wrist monitors that use the oscillometric measuring method. The Omron is more convenient in that it guides the user to the proper arm position. The Microlife requires the user to set the arm in the standard position but does not provide any guidance.

The Omron takes measurements from low to high while the Microlife usually takes three measurements and, like most other monitors, goes from high to low. The three measurements are meant to provide a more accurate averaged reading, but it does take over three times as long. The Omron has a feature that automatically averages the last three readings taken within 10 minutes, so it can provide an averaged reading if desired.

The low to high measurement is particularly convenient and beneficial. This means there is no delay waiting to inflate the cuff and then waiting for the cuff to deflate while monitoring pulse related pressure changes. For people with elevated blood pressure, this also means no need to have the monitor inflate, waiting for the measurement criteria, and then re-inflating above the original pressure. I am surprised Omron does not highlight this feature more. It really makes this monitor stand out.

The Microlife is more sophisticated, has built-in charts, and comes with software and an interface for connecting to the computer. The charts show trends and display more information than the Omron. For some people, this may be helpful, but I prefer the simpler and much faster Omron.

Good, if you use it correctly.

I’ve been taking my own omron blood pressure readings since the 1980s. I have experience with the old, manual type upper-arm sleeves with stethoscope; digital, automatic [no stethoscope] upper-arm sleeves, and this wrist monitor. I even tried the old Omron finger blood pressure monitor many years ago which were reviewed as being inaccurate and which I don’t think are sold anymore, except there are some cheap knockoffs [non-Omron] still being offered for sale.

My primary concern with any blood pressure measuring device is that it be accurate. Convenience is nice, but if it’s inaccurate then it’s not very useful, and could even be dangerous if relied upon.

I was convinced to try this wrist monitor after reading that it was well-rated by Consumer Reports magazine. I had been put off non-armcuff models after having tried the older Omron finger blood pressure monitor (as described above). While convenience isn’t paramount to me, I wanted something that was less obtrusive and less noisy that I could use at work; but again, only if it were accurate.

The device is well made and convenient to use. It makes some noise, but it is less than the Omron HEM-711 model I was using previously. The noise is mostly from the small cuff inflating, but again, it isn’t onerous. If it makes any sense, I’d say the noise is less than half of what the model HEM-711 puts out. There are beeps that tell you if the cuff is positioned correctly and for other user feedback, but they can be disabled if desired.

Now for the accuracy part:

When I first slapped it on it wasn’t very accurate. The readings were too low for me. I’m familiar with my range, and these were about 20 points too low. So, okay, now I was bummed out. But… I still wanted to give it a fair shake remembering that Consumer Reports had given it good marks for accuracy. So I decided to be more rigorous about it.

What I did was make sure I was calm and relaxed and then proceeded to do a fairly standardized comparison between my Omron HEM-711 and this new Omron BP652 with several readings and short periods of rest between them. I found that if I used the BP652 correctly that it was accurate. So what did I do? Here’s how I use it to get the best results:

* Mount it correctly on your wrist. It matters that it is aligned with your thumb, as outlined in the manual.

* Mount it correctly (part 2): It matters that you avoid that protruding bump from the bone in your wrist, as outlined in the manual. This means you have to mount the device to ride slightly higher on your wrist than you’d expect. It shouldn’t be worn as you would a watch or a bracelet. It goes about 1/2″ higher than that. It feels a little funny at first, as if it should be lower, but like I said, this positioning counts.

* Set the option for when it starts recording your blood pressure as “on2″. I won’t attempt to explain the details of how to configure this setting here, but when you read the instructions it’ll make sense, and it’s easy enough to do. Basically, that’s the setting that makes sure you have it positioned correctly before it takes the blood pressure reading. It’ll wait until you have it right. The default setting starts taking the reading after a short amount of time even if it isn’t correctly positioned. I imagine the default setting is meant for certain cases where patients have some kind of mobility impairment, but I don’t know that for sure.

* When it’s in the right position, move it away from your chest. Don’t move it up or down, just move it away from your chest so that it isn’t touching your chest.

That’s it. It seems to have similar readings to my Omron HEM-711. That’s how to get the best readings from this device, but there are more things you need to do. I’m listing them separately because some of you know these things already, and they’re not specific to this device. I’m listing them just in case it may benefit someone, because we’re all in this together:

* Sit upright without straining. Try not to slouch too much or sit bolt upright.

* Keep your feet on the floor not on the footstool.

* Don’t take your blood pressure reading after eating, smoking, or drinking alcohol. Wait at least 30-45 minutes.

* Don’t talk while you’re taking your blood pressure; it drives it up.

* Don’t hold your breath or breath shallowly while taking your blood pressure thinking that if you stay completely still you’d get a better reading. Holding your breath or breathing very shallowly will deprive your blood of some oxygen and trigger the brain’s response to increase your heart rate and thus, your blood pressure. You can breath regularly without negatively affecting your blood pressure.

* If you decide to buy a cuff-type monitor make sure that the cuff is around your heart level, too. If it’s lower the blood pressure readings will be slightly elevated, and if it’s too high the readings will be slightly too low. This advice is not meant to be taken too rigidly. Just don’t have the cuff at head level or around your waist and you’ll be fine.

* Don’t walk around and then sit down and then immediately take your blood pressure. Wait a while for your body to acclimate to sitting and then take the reading.

That’s it. And don’t forget to take your meds if prescribed to you. : )

Easy beautiful feet

I had been using an expensive foot file which though effective, was so much work in order to obtain a beautiful result. I decided to try the Kinbar electronic callus remover which truly gave me such a lovely result in so little time. I even tried it on the palms my hands which tend to dry in Winter and it worked beautifully with no discomfort. A word of caution however; while using it on the balls of my feet, the rotating file caught a fold of tender skin under one of my smaller toes which became trapped within the unit, so much as to stop the file from rotating. Needless to say, it was really quite painful and I will be definitely be guarding this area of my toes in the future.

My reason for giving only 3 stars is that the small booklet of instructions should be much more thorough, such as which color roller to use for which result, recommendations on how often to use it safely, the cleaning of the product suggests seeing particular numbered illustrations; none of which are included in the booklet and I am not even certain what is being advised due to the wording used. I am also disappointed that there are no replacement rollers available for purchase; I wish I had investigated this before purchasing.

It does work well, though the product developers could have taken more time providing clear explanations per it’s use.

No more snurf

I am most impressed with this product. I hate taking decongestants because I live in a dry climate and don’t need to get any drier. My nose ran like a faucet and after 3-4 months of that, my throat was raw and I was really getting peeved. I use one spray per nostril and this lasts all day. The best part is that I don’t feel like a desert the way I would with any of the decongestants I have tried so I consider this a win-win. I would like to revisit this review after I have tried this product for 30 days and see if the effect lasts.

As far as I can tell, there seem to be no side effects, no dry mouth, sore nose etc. I didn’t realize that this was available over the counter but am glad that it is.

I am so glad this is available now without a prescription! We have been using this for years with an rx. My son has always had pretty bad allergies. He was always prescribed Flonase, Allegra to be used daily. He also used rx Claritin in addition when it was really bad. Then Allegra and Claritin became available otc, so we continued to buy it that way.

He had started on just Allegra and later the doctor added Flonase and that’s when we really started to see improvement. It does work very good. It is not an immediate relief. It takes some time to build up in your system, like a steroid. When my son first started using it, the Dr told us it could be a few weeks until we started to see that it was helping, but it actually started working within the first several days. It was the only thing that gave him total relief from the itchy eyes and nose. His eyes used to get so bad – so red and itchy and swollen. He used to have sneezing fits where he would sneeze literally 20+ times in a row. Flonase got rid of all that for him. You use it daily so that it stays in your system and provides constant control. There were still some times when he would have to take Claritin on top of the Allegra and Flonase, but that is only when his allergies were super bad – all the drugs work on different things and there is no allergy med that does it all, unfortunately. We always have allergy eye drops on hand as well. He was about 9 when he started using Flonase (he is 20 now) and he never had a problem using it, even with being so young. It is such a light mist. He never had any issues, no burning or any side effects at all. I never had to fight with him to use it since it was so quick and easy and he knew it helped so much.

It is nice that you can just buy this now and skip the doctor visit.

After breast feeding 2 kids, you can just imagine how my breasts looked like (please don’t imagine!) lol. Honestly I don’t care about the size of my breasts that much, I’m after firm and lifted breasts.

Now the actual review of the product. I started my first bottle a month ago, I didn’t see or feel any results at the beginning but I continued taking them everyday, usually after breakfast, around day 25-26 I noticed that my breasts are getting so much firmer, and after that, I noticed more and more changes everyday, my breasts completely fill my bras now and in fact, I think I need larger cups now, I was a 32D, I measured my bra size last night and I’m a 32DD now! And believe me when I say my saggy boobs (oops!) are looking up now! And they are FIRM!!! It’s unbelievable! I took a before picture of my breasts (no, I wont share it here lol), and I can clearly see the difference, I recommend you do that too!

I’m planning to continue taking these pills, here to get my next bottle! Yay!

Please understand that YOU CANNOT EXPECT THIS TO WORK OVERNIGHT (or within 2-3 weeks). Give it a full month (maybe more in some people), I’m telling you,… It works!

OK I have to admit I had a hard time believing a pill could increase your bust size BUT I’m a believer now. After loosing a lot of weight lately and a lot in my chest unfortunately I decided to try these and Oh my gosh I see a difference and I could not be happier… Thank you for giving my chest back…

Totally worth it!

I just had my 2nd child and my boobs started to sag because of my baby taking milk from me. Because of the baby I was low on cash, so pricey pills weren’t going to be my option. Breastultimate had the best and affordable price, so I go it! I’m glad that I was able to get this because 2 months into using this pill I lost all my saggs!
