Update: After 6 weeks of using the product, all of the side effects that I’ve mentioned below are gone. I’m assuming my body is used to the product now. I have never, ever taken any dieting pills, energy pills or any other kind of supplements for that matter, which is probably why I was so sensitive when first taking these. I started at 177 pounds before taking this product and I’m now at 168 pounds. I do work out a lot(and I mean A LOT), cardio and weight exercises. With my muscles getting bigger and stronger AND I still lost about 10 pounds within 6 weeks, I’d say the product definitely helped. My body fat was at 19% and just last night it’s now at 13%. I don’t really feel the boost in energy or anything when taking these pills anymore. However, I still feel the appetite suppressant working. I have not checked my blood pressure or anything else so I cannot comment on that.
I am 5’8″ and my goal weight is 150 pounds, so I still have 18 more pounds to lose. Realistically, I do not expect this product to help me lose 18 more pounds. It seems impossible to depend on just 1 product to help me lose a total of 27 pounds. I don’t even know if it’s possible for me to hit my target weight. I’m already at 13% body fat…it seems like there is no way to drop another 18 pounds with just 13% body fat left. If anything, I’d have to sacrifice muscle mass as well, which is not what I want to do.

I bought this product and have been using it for about 2 weeks now. Here are the pros and cons, hopefully they’ll help you decide on if this is the right product for you. The product claims to help you lose weight, boosts your metabolism, reduces inflammation, improves your cholesterol levels, lowers your blood sugar, strengthens your immune system while having no side effects at all! Seems too good to be true? Maybe. I was only interested in the product for its advertised weight loss so I did not bother measuring my cholesterol and all that…sorry cannot help you there.
You will get a completely honest review, however, keep in mind that everyone is different and that our bodies are not all the same. I may experience something that you wont experience, good or bad.
Pros:
– I definitely did notice my weight going down. I kept my diet and exercises the same and after 2 weeks, I’ve lost 6 pounds.
– After taking 1 pill, I immediately feel more alert and focused after just 20 minutes.
– The pills smell good and you definitely notice a hint of raspberry…especially when you burp within 1-2 hours of taking the pill.
– Kicks in fairly fast, about 15-20 minutes for me.
– Does suppress your appetite for a good 4-6 hours. However, do NOT go 6 hours without any food…you want to eat small portions once every 2 hours or so to keep your metabolism high. It’s very important in the long run for your weight loss goal if you can keep your metabolism up. What I really like about these supplements is that I still do get hungry but I feel full after eating very little. This helps me achieve my goal of eating very small meals 6-7 times a day.
– So far I have not noticed any permanent side effects. There is a temporary side effect which I will go over in the cons portion.
Cons:
– Temporarily makes me feel somewhat lightheaded for the first 20 minutes of taking it. This is very weird because I almost returned this product the first time I used it because of this side effect. After the initial 20 minutes, I feel more energized and alert. This side effect is starting to get better…I guess my body just wasn’t used to this when I first took it.
– It’s actually written on the bottle that you may take “1 capsule after dinner to avoid late-night snacking.” Don’t do it. I could not sleep for a good 2-3 hours after taking it.
Other notes:
– The directions on the bottle pretty much states that you can take it whenever you want as long as you don’t exceed 2 capsules per day. However, I notice that taking it on an empty stomach makes me feel more jittery. I strongly, STRONGLY recommend that you eat something VERY light, such as a small protein bar (not those crazy meal replacement bars that are about 500 calories each), a banana, a few nuts or anything along that line.
– If you call NatureWise, you will receive another bottle for free…I’d say do it if you like the product.
– Take anything with caffeine along with this product at your own risk. I don’t feel very comfortable adding caffeine to this but that’s your choice.

Some great things need to be said about this product, after finishing a whole bottle I lost 10 pounds. My gf also finished a bottle with similar results. We both enjoyed the raspberry ketones and we look forward to buying more. However, it must be said that there is no such thing as a miracle pill and while these do help and show results it is of course a plus to add some exercise to the regimen.
In addition, my gf and I decided to purchase NatureWise Green Coffee Bean extract since a lot of reviews say that these Raspberry Ketones and Green Coffee Beans go really well together. My Raspberry Ketones bottle came with a note saying that if I am satisfied with my purchase to give them a call for a free bottle, so I thought why not. Mr. Will (Extension #129) was nice enough to send my gf and I TWO bottles of Raspberry Ketones so we can drink them together with Green Coffee Beans, he showed excitement, happiness and genuine interest in our weight loss journey. As an added bonus, NatureWise also just sent me a 20% off coupon I can use for any of their products.
In the end, we couldn’t ask for more. Great product, really great customer service, great bonuses and results. I highly recommend products from NatureWise!

First lost inches, then shed the pounds!!

I stumbled across NatureWise products on Amazon, and decided to order all 3 weight management supplements. Good move.
I’ve been taking “UltraPure” in combination with other products by Naturwise which are “Garcinia Cambogia” and “Raspberry Ketones”. I am truly truly amazed by the results I see from these supplements.
I started taking these after seeing the high ratings on Amazon. To be honest, I didn’t read the reviews, to save myself from the “placebo effect”. From the first/second day itself I felt the need to eat less and I was making healthier food choices. I watched the videos of the Dr. Oz show about how effective Green Coffee Bean Extract is for fat loss.
In general, by taking all 3 supplements as directed on the bottles, I feel healthier, more energetic, I happily take the stairs due to more energy, even when I have eaten very less. I honestly don’t know which one of these 3, or if all of these 3 are working, but what matters is, that I’m seeing results.
I lost over 4 pounds in less than a month. I called Naturewise for my free bottles. I must say that Cynthia is a true gem. It was a pleasure talking to her about my experience. She quickly processed my free bottles and I got them in the mail within 2 days.
