I have been taking this for a week and no noticeable differences yet, the best thing so far has been the nighttime pills do help with my insomnia. I was hoping this would get me through my plateau. I will finish the bottle in the hopes that it will do something.

It hasn’t worked miracles but it does do something. I’d continue to use it anyway because after decades of insomnia the PM actually does help me sleep and without waking up like a slug the way sleeping pills do. (I only started the AM about a month ago) So I know it’s doing something good for me. Also, I haven’t been doing excercise along with taking these pills or dieting to speak of. I eat ok anyway. Just the same I’ve lost about 10 pounds in the last 3 months so that’s something. Who knows what could happen if you actually put some effort into it.
So it seems to be working somewhat for lazy ol’ me and I should be happy but I’m not entirely. It’s the label. I cut the name off when I recieve the bottle because that’s just embarrassing. I’m afraid someone will see it and laugh at me.
Also, make note that these capsule are really big. They look like they are full of powdered herb and are really light. If you have a hard time with large pills these are no exception. The PM ones have a light pleasant raspberry smell to them.

All this supplement did was make us irritable. No weight loss. The night time supplement did help some with a more restful sleep. I would not recommend this product. Both my husband and I became really irritable while taking this diet supplement. Thankfully it got out of our systems in a few days after quitting. We threw away almost $70.00 dollars worth of product, rather than take it and possibly cause ourselves harm.
