I did some extensive online research before buying this product.My objectives were to find a Rollator which was substantially constructed, and also one which had oversized wheels. Although this unit, a Drive Medical Steel Rollator is a bit heavier than its aluminum counterparts–the benefits of increased strength and more importantly–stability–in my opinion, more than make up for the weight factor. With this model there are never any issues related to tipping. It is solid, safe, and the end-user is more than pleased with it. The Rollator has improved the quality of her life–and mobility. It is also a great value for the money spent. Highly recommended.

I bought this for my father, and it has worked well for him. The walker seems pretty reasonably priced and well built – sturdy, etc. While not exceptionally easy to transport, it does fold up easily without the basket, and I can lift it into the back of our car with minimal effort. My biggest concern with the walker when we got it was the short length of the adjustable handle extensions. Because they are very short, you are unable to raise the handles very much. Someone looking for a walker for a person over 5’10” might not find this suitable.

This little walker has been an amazing tool for me. I just had hip replacement and while healing needed a safe way to move about to the bathroom, chair, bed, amd be able to stop and sit if I got tired in between. But best, it locks securely while stationary by pressing downward on the handbrake so I can then use it for standing exercise sessions!
