First off I am a skeptic. There are a lot of good supplements out there but so many are scams. I am lactose intolerant. For as long as I can remember my bowel movements have not been regular, with or without Dairy. Less than 48 hours and I noticed a huge difference on the throne. Good yogurt is expensive and I have not had near the same results. At least with these I know its all natural and I am not loading my body with a bunch of Chemicals.
