I have tried MANY Garcinia Cambogia products, and have found that not all Garcinia Cambogia is created equal. Summit Naturals is one of those brands. While it does work-and I will not deny that, it took more “commitment” per say than other brands. I say this simply because I am the worst at remembering pills and for this supplement to do what it’s supposed to, you HAVE to take it exactly as directed.
I admit, my first week didn’t go so well, mainly because of my “inability” to follow directions. (or remember to take it.) But once I had taken it regularly for about a week I started to see markable results. I started losing about three to four pounds a week opposed to two pounds and I felt more and more energetic the more steadily I took it. I also love that this supplement is a great source of calcium because I could use some of that since having my children to help my teeth and bones.
I appreciate this company for it’s honesty and forwardness. It actually makes it clear that it is not a miracle supplement- that it does work- but only with proper diet and exercise. To achieve the best results it is best to do at least 20 minutes of exercise a day and eat a clean, organic (natural) diet. Once taking this supplement, you will find that all of that is much easier as your portion sizes will be healthier and you’ll have the energy to get up and move. I can’t believe how active I have become since taking this Garcinia. Here is another great Summit Nutrition product to tell you about, & another great brand of Garcina Cambogia to add to my recommended list. Yes GC is touted as a weight loss supplement, but you know how I feel about jumping on the weight loss in a bottle band wagon. I feel you must first start with proper diet, exercise & plenty of water, because with proper health comes proper weight. And if you are doing things right adding a supplement like GC can give you benefits from possible weight loss to boosting your mood (& more) research GC you will be amazed what all besides weight loss it can do for your health.
If you are going to take Garcina Cambogia as part of a healthy routine for weight loss you really need to stay persistent, give it time & above all drink plenty of water. Before you ever notice losing even an ounce you should notice being in a better mood & if you are a eater when depressed that can be a good thing.
I actually only take GC as needed for perking up my mood & to maintain my already over 100lbs weight loss.
