Polymyxin B sulfate – bacitracin zinc – gramicidin contains a combination of antibiotics used for the treatment of certain types of infections caused by bacteria. The topical ointment can be used to treat certain skin infections such as infected wounds, burns, skin grafts, boils, and acne. It can also be used to prevent catheter-related infections in people who receive hemodialysis. This medication works by killing the bacteria that cause these infections.

Great Product, but buy it at the Dollar Tree

Actually, this product is fantastic… but run on over to the Dollar Tree to buy it. It’s $1.00 for .33 ounces, so if you get three, it’s still about $3 per ounce — cheaper than you can find anywhere else.

This triple antibiotic ointment an help a smallish would heal more rapidly than not using it. And, they are helping me heal my dry and raked lips. I suppose the antibiotic ointment is available in a generic form, but IMHO this sell has a reliable product making it worth the slightly greater price.

We purchase Dr. Sheffield Triple Antibiotic Ointment at the 99 cents store. For under a buck this is a superb deal. Compared to Neosporin, we find that it works just as well. If you get it for less than Neosporin go for it base on our experience you’ll be happy with this product.

This product has a similar composition to Neosporin, but it is a better balance. I’ve used this for everything. From feet Fungi to ear-itch even dandruff. I used it for lubricating the ring attachments on my State flag in front of the house. It cures about any problem that you have.
