Perfect size, prompt delivery.

I was surprised when I received the Organizer because I hadn’t expected to receive it so quickly. It’s a sturdy, well constructed wallet/organizer that’s a perfect size for a short trip. When researching options for travelling with my insulin, I was worried the ice packs would freeze the insulin, but the reviews stated that it wouldn’t, and I can attest that’s true. The case kept my insulin at the required temperature range and I was able to carry my syringes in the bag as well. The travel size sharps containers are great. I would recommend getting a couple more for backup. Very pleased with the product.

UPDATE: 2013-06-15
I’ve been using this product for about 3 months now. It has handled my insulin needs well. My initial complaint was that it did not have sufficient space to carry my blood testing supplies as well.
Well, every now and again, I review my carrying options. Always trying to squeeze a little more space out of my every carry methods. I was looking that this pouch again. I noticed that the velcro divider, for the main compartment, isn’t solid. (I’m sure I noticed this before, but I wasn’t thinking about how beneficial this could be.)
I realized that I COULD place all of my testing supplied under this divider. The supplies fit perfectly. I then layed the insulin pens on top and voila!. Everything fits in one pouch.
Now this isn’t exactly perfect, since the pens are not as secure as before. It is however workable and that is what I need at the moment.
So, I increased my rating for this product. It DOES do what it claimed.
—————————————
OK. It was probably my fault that I did not do more research … maybe.
I bought this to carry my insulin pens, gluco-meter, and the rest of my
diabetic supplies. I was hoping that there would be more organization
(pockets) to help me organize my daily supplies. Alas, it only has three
compartments: a cooling sleeve (for the ice pack); a partially velcroed
pocket (I assume for pens, needles, and syringes); and the remainder
pouch is basically wide open. (There is a small velcro divider, but it isn’t
particularly functional.)
There is no room for a glucose meter, or the associated supplies. Even if
there was space, there isn’t enough internal organization to make it worth
the effort.
I’m torn between returning this pouch or finding another user for it. I want
have a single pouch/container for these supplies; and this isn’t going to cut
it.

New Diabetic person

I tend to be a gearhead, so when I was told I had to start taking Insulin Shoots I was not happy.
After quickly getting over it and I jumped on Amazon to search for gear for this. I found several I liked, but this one I liked best. It is compact and had the cooler pad to keep Insulin at the right temperature and love the mini Sharps Kit inside it.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS purchase for the range of items you can have in it for you when you need it…..

Perfect Temperature-controlled Medical Case!

I needed a case for non-diabetic vials and supplies and this case had great reviews–and for a good reason: It’s awesome! The price was great and it’s well-made from top to bottom. It has a freezer pack that’s situated so it won’t freeze your meds (it even has a temperature strip inside so you can monitor the temp) and a “one time use” sharps disposal box, but you can easily open it and re-use it, getting rid of your sharps at home if you want. The extra pockets and adjustable velcro sections make it adaptable to all kinds of cooled medical needs. It’s small enough to fit anywhere but big enough to hold what you need. I’d highly recommend this case!!
