Directions
Remove the current insoles in your shoes. Line your current insoles back to back with the StrideTek insoles. If your current insoles are shorter than the StrideTek insoles, take a scissors and cut your new insoles along the top so that they are about even with your current insole size. Now slide your StrideTek insoles into your shoes and enjoy the comfort and support of Stridetek Orthotics. If the insoles still do not fit into your shoes, you may need to cut them down more.
